Terms of Use

Bouquet Builder is a tool for florists to design bouquets, generate renders, manage collections, and plan procurement. Features and limits may evolve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure, and must provide accurate information at sign-up.

The Service offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly at the price shown at purchase, plus optional one-time add-on photo packs.

iOS: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Web: payments are processed by Stripe and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings.

Add-on photo packs are one-time (consumable) purchases and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or by the applicable app store policy.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

The free plan includes limits (for example on collections, bouquets, and monthly AI photos) and may display our own promotional content from Lacy Bird Academy. Upgrading to Pro removes these limits and the promotional content.

For the iOS application, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content. You are responsible for the content you upload and create and confirm you have the rights to it.

You retain rights to the content you create. We retain rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and catalog.

Renders are generated automatically and provided "as is". They are a visual aid and may not exactly match real flowers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may modify the Service or these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the company's jurisdiction (United Arab Emirates), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
