Content you create: bouquets, collections, flower data, prices, and images you upload.

Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (in-app). We do not receive or store your full card details.

To generate photorealistic renders from your layouts. For this, your layout image may be sent to a third-party AI provider for processing on your behalf.

We use only essential cookies needed to run the Service — for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for remembering your language preference.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. On the free plan we may show our own promotional content (from Lacy Bird Academy); we do not use third-party ad networks.

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), an AI image provider (render generation), and Stripe and Apple (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Our providers may process data in the European Union and other countries where they operate. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — from your account settings (where available) or by emailing us. We delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
